We currently have a vacancy for an Evening Appointment Confirmation Caller within our friendly team. This is a great opportunity to play a vital role within our established dental practice.

Hours: 4-6 Hours per week

Tuesday 6.00 ? 8.00pm (approx)
Thursday 6.00 ? 7.30/8.00pm (approx)
Alternate Sunday 6.00 ? 8.00pm (approx) at double pay

Wage: ?8.00 per hour

Location: 28a Whitegate Drive, Blackpool FY3 9AL & 359 Park Road, Blackpool, FY1 6QT

Duration: Permanent following 3 month trial period

Pension details: Company pension scheme available

Description: Opportunity to play a vital role within an established dental practice with an excellent local reputation. Mainresponsibilities will be confirming dental appointments for the following dayand providing relevant information to patients to ensure that their visit is trouble free, such as warnings of road works or parking restrictions. Candidates will be competent in written and spoken English and have a good standard of numeracy. Evidence of relevant qualifications/grades will be required at interview. You?ll be expected to work to high standards and communicate well within a team. Dental experience is not essential but a ?can do? positive attitude and an excellent work ethic is and the ability to create a fantastic first impression is paramount. All training will be provided.
