Here at Ivory Dental Care, we always strive to provide the highest levels of service and dental care.
We take complaints very seriously and try to ensure that all our patients are pleased with their experience of our service. The persons responsible for dealing with any complaint is Georgina Ingham Nurse Manager and Sarah Sculthorpe Reception Manager. All complaints are overseen by Mrs Elena Barlow the Practice Manager.

If you are not satisfied with the service your dentist offers, they can help with an impartial complaint handling service. If, however, you are dissatisfied with the service Denplan have provided, we will of course address your concerns.
