Telephone System

We are currently experiencing problems with our telephone systems. We have been provided with a temporary number  you can contact the practice on which is 01253 694507 these lines will be available until 5.30pm, alternately you can email us at  reception@ivorydental.co.uk. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

This is the emergency service for Ivory Dental Care, the practice is now closed. Please listen to the whole message before hanging up and have a pen and paper ready for the contact numbers.

Please note the practice opening hours are as follows:

Monday to Thursday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm with a late night surgery Wednesday and Thursday evenings

Friday 8:30 am – 2:00 pm and we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

The out of hours’ service is only for patients of this practice who have attended regularly over the past year. Please do not telephone to amend appointments, call between normal surgery hours.If you have severe pain, bleeding or swelling which cannot wait until normal business hours, please ring the appropriate number as follows:

Saturday 10am – 6pm

Sunday 10am – 3pm

Please be considerate of the Dentist’s home life when using this service and avoid calling between the hours of 10pm and 8am.

For Private patients using this service a charge of £127 applies and for Denplan patients a charge of £20.
