Louise graduated from Liverpool University in 2010 and then spent 2 years working between general practice and maxillofacial departments at Royal Preston and Blackpool Victoria Hospitals, gaining experience in oral surgery. She then moved into general practice full time and has spent the rest of her career providing high quality dental care to her patients. She has also worked as an educational supervisor assisting newly qualified dentists in their transition from university into general practice.
She enjoys building a trusting relationship with her patients and providing dental treatment to enable people to feel confident in their smile. She has an interest in providing removable dentures (false teeth) and is currently undertaking further training in restoring worn dentition (teeth).
Outside of work, Louise is kept busy with her two young boys, husband and Irish setter. When she gets the opportunity, she can generally be found pottering in the garden. In the past, she has been a keen open water swimmer and scuba diver and hopes to get back into it once the kids are older.
