Georgina joined the practice in 2003 as a Qualified Dental Nurse/Receptionist and has been dental nursing since 1998, she gained her NVQ Level 3 in Oral Health Care in 2004 and has been registered with the General Dental Council since 2008. Georgina attended The Foundation and Advanced Dental Implant Nursing Course in 2006 and is now the Lead Implant Nurse and regularly attends ADI (Advanced Dental Implantology) meetings with the Implant Team.
In 2010 she attended Manchester Dental Hospital and qualified as a Sedation Nurse gaining a NEBDN Sedation Nursing Certificate. In 2011 Georgina was promoted to Head Nurse. After leading the nurse team for 11 years, Georgina has now taken a new role in the practice as Implant Treatment Co-ordinator, who will guide you through your implant journey.
Away from work, Georgina enjoys spending time with her husband Stephen and son Louis and socialising with her family and friends.
