Dentistry has been in Anika’s blood since birth as she grew up living next to her grandfather’s dental practice, which was a converted garage! This naturally led her to pursue a career in dentistry qualifying from the University of Liverpool in 2012. She has experience in different hospital settings including oral surgery and restorative dentistry. However, her heart is in general practice where she is able to provide all aspects of dentistry she enjoys, and at the same time is able to build trusting relationships with her patients and provide continuity of care. This is what Anika takes pride in and is known for in her career. Always keen to develop herself further, Anika has completed post graduate training in placing Dental Implants from the University of Bristol, and is about to start further training in Endodontics (Root Canal Treatment) too. Outside of dentistry, Anika enjoys cooking and trying out new recipes for her family. You will also find her running after her toddler, hopping to the sleeping bunnies nursery rhyme and enjoying quality time with her loved ones. Back to Team Page
