Jemma qualified at the University of Manchester in 2012. She then passed the examinations to become a member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Glasgow in 2014, and joins us after 8 years at another family owned practice on the Fylde coast. Jemma enjoys all aspects of general dentistry but particularly endodontics (root canal treatments) and building relationships with patients to improve their confidence in coming to the dentist.
Outside of the practice, she is passionate about providing a service to the local area about works for the Blackpool emergency dentistry service, and is a member of the local dental committee. They meet regularly to discuss changes afoot within the profession and how to make a difference at grass roots.
At the weekends, Jemma enjoys spending time with family, visiting the beach and going to the theatre.
