Vacancy for Dental Decontamination Operator
An opportunity has arisen to play a vital role within an established dental practice with an excellent local reputation. Main responsibilities will include decontamination/sterilisation of instruments/equipment and Dental Nursing duties. Candidates should be competent in written and spoken English and have a good standard of numeracy. Evidence of relevant qualifications/grades will be required at interview. You will be expected to work to high standards whilst managing a busy workload and communicate well within a team. The successful candidate will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, an excellent work ethic and the ability to create a fantastic first impression is paramount.
Applicants must
Be qualified Dental Nurses on the GDC register and have their Hepatitis B vaccination or be willing to train as a Dental Decontamination Operator and have their Hepatitis B vaccination.
Wage: Dependent upon experience
Hours: 39 Hours
Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.45pm
Friday 8.30am – 2.30pm
Location: 28a Whitegate Drive, Blackpool FY3 9AL & 359 Park Road, Blackpool
FY1 6QT
Duration: Permanent following six-month probationary period
