New Dentist at Ivory

Miss Ektaa ‘Icky’ Abrol will be leaving the practice at the end of March. We are pleased to announce Icky is getting married and will be starting her new life in London.

Mr Matthew Kilcoyne will join the practice in April and take care of Icky’s patients. You can read more about Matthew on our ‘About us’ section of the website.

We would like to invite all of Icky’s patients to our Open Evening on Tuesday 6th March 6.00pm – 8.00pm at the Park Road practice. During the Open Evening you will be able to say goodbye to Icky and meet Matthew.

Goodbye to Ruth

We said goodbye to Ruth Balhatchet at Christmas. Ruth is moving onto pastures new, working less hours to take her studies further and have more time with her family. Vacancy for Dental Decontamination Operator

An opportunity has arisen to play a vital role within an established dental practice with an excellent local reputation. Main responsibilities will include decontamination/sterilisation of instruments and equipment. Candidates should be competent in written and spoken English and have a good standard of numeracy. Evidence of relevant qualifications/grades will be required at interview. You will be expected to work to high standards whilst managing a busy workload and communicate well within a team. The successful candidate will be expected to work on their feet all day and good manual dexterity skills will be required. Experience is not essential but a ‘can do’ positive attitude and an excellent work ethic is and the ability to create a fantastic first impression is paramount. All training will be provided and if desired Level 3 Certificate in Decontaminating Medical Devices can be gained.
